sobbing because as far as i can tell the angsty anderbros headcanon before this episode was that cooper just neglected blaine, but somehow the knowledge that cooper thought he was supporting blaine in the best possible way is so much worse. he was and is trying, but blaine doesn’t need a teacher or personal trainer or a father substitute for the distant one he has, he just needs a brother who is also his friend, who will just cheer him up when he screws up instead of pointing out his mistakes. blaine’s already hard on himself, the last thing he needs from the people he loves is more criticism to add to whatever is going on in his head.
