It’s weird, in English we say “break a leg,” which makes no sense, literally, because you’re like, why would you want me to break a leg? In Italian, it’s “in bocca al lupo,” which means in the mouth of the wolf. Why, why do you wanna be eaten by a wolf? And in France its like, poop! Theatre people are weird.
